I knew every one is experiencing morning rush to beat the office time. 10 minutes in the shower or less, 10 minutes in doing our make up plus putting on our clothings. Eventually skipping breakfast.
Guilty?
So am i. (used too)
So what i did is come up with a real quick meal in less than 8 minutes! beat that?
Here are some good ideas to prepare quickie breakfast.
1. Hot coffee/ chocolate / Milk & Cookie/Doughnuts. Water boils in 3 minutes (just make sure you are boiling a 1& 1/2 cup of water). Cookie make sure have it stock in your food storage.
2. Cereals/Oats. Good cereals serves with fruits along with milk makes just 3 minutes of your time.
3. Bread, Butter and Juice. bread goes along w/ almost anything: spread, tuna's, chicken left overs. And a ready to drink juice, and your on the GO.
4. Fruits. Likes bananas, mango, melon or papaya. Havent you heard of this banana diet? and best of all, fruits are all anti-oxidants!
There. Now i don't thave to skip breakfast. And need not to have morning breaks or early office lunch.
